All parties must be paid in full prior to the event date. Booking is very easy and simple. You can call 877-794-EPIC(3742) or contact us link to website
Yes. A 50.00 deposit will be required the day of booking.
- Cancellations are allowed 5 or more days prior to the event date, without any additional cancellation charges.
- Cancellations made within 3-5 days prior to the event will incur a 50% non-refundable cancellation charge.
- Cancellations made within 2 days or less prior to the event will incur a non-refundable cancellation charge equal to the amount of the full event.
- Rescheduling of an event is always an option and can be done one time without and additional rescheduling or cancellations charges. (Note: if rescheduled within 5 or days prior to the event)
If there we do not have another scheduled party, additional hours may be booked the day of the event. We encourage you to book the additional hours at the time of the event, to assure enough playing time.
EPIC does require at least 60’ of leveled space for parking, plus room to pull in and out. We usually fit nicely in front of most homes, but it we ask that you check with your neighbors to allot for extra space if needed. We do have experienced drivers, but we prefer to pull straight into the allotted space. When it comes to the size of the trailer parallel parking is not realistic. If your neighborhood has narrow streets, and the ability to turn isn’t feasible, please notify us in advance.
EPIC can setup anywhere that is safe and has leveled parking. Such as your neighborhoods, homes, public parks, schools, sports fields, churches, community centers, etc.
When booking your event, please understand that will arrive 30 minutes to and hour earlier to ensure the trailer is setup and your event isn’t delayed.
EPIC is quipped to accommodate 15 players at one time.
Kids become gamers or start playing video games at a very young age, we only ask that if you are booking for a child that is younger than 6 years of age they are accompanied by and adult or older sibling. In additional will we have gaming host to assist throughout the event.
Food and drinks are not permitted inside the gaming trailer. In addition, we pride ourselves on keeping the gaming environment clean for each event booked.
EPIC will have gaming host to assist all kids and or adults. If you have any questions or concerns the gaming host will be onsite to assist.
